Tchaikovsky's Eugene Onegin is a tale of passion, jealousy and betrayal set in nineteenth century Russia.
It is the composer's most popular opera and will be sung in a new English translation by Chris Gill and Serenna Wagner.
The cast consists of seven professional singers
in period costumes with piano accompaniment.
